Finance and Accounting Associate (Fresh Graduate)

Salary Range : Php 20,000 - 24,000 Responsibilities : Financial Transactions Execute daily financial transactions including recording income and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Perform monthly financial activities such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records Analysis and Reconciliation Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management as necessary Prepare detailed reports summarizing financial activities and findings for review by senior management Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts Work closely with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments General Accounting Support general accounting functions such as preparing financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation as needed Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance Financial Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, staying updated on changes in accounting principles and reporting requirements Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits, providing necessary documentation and support as requested Industry Knowledge Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement   Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Previous experience in financial accounting is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.

Familiarity with Quickbooks or any other accounting software.

Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Must have a keen eye to detail.
