Open Positions We are actively looking for: Financial Recruiters For roles like investment analyst, accountant, financial controller, and FP&A lead.

Marketing & Sales Recruiters For roles such as performance marketers, brand managers, partnership leads, account executives, and growth specialists.

Tech Recruiters For roles including software engineers, product managers, devs with Web3 or AI focus What You'll Be Doing Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to structured interviews and offer stage Specializing in one of our verticals — finance, tech, or marketing/sales Partnering with internal teams to deliver on individual roles or bulk hiring projects Conducting high-quality assessments and interviews with a structured, insight-driven approach Delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience Staying informed on hiring trends in your vertical and advising clients accordingly Supporting hiring in adjacent areas when needed (we value adaptability!) What We're Looking For 4+ years of recruitment experience in your chosen vertical Previous work with VC/PE-backed companies, recruitment firms, or startups preferred Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, competencies, and hiring challenges Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Experience with international and remote hiring Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Comfort with using structured assessment tools and systems A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business, Tech, etc.) Why Join Bamboo Works?
