As an Inside Sales Executive, your typical day may include the following
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Perform research to identify key contact person within a target organization (B2B marketing) through : Google research, LinkedIn research, initial cold calling
- Conduct cold calling to explore sales opportunities and actively follow up on sales leads
- Deliver sales demos of software solutions
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Perform client on-boarding and training
- Manage and resolve customer requests and claims on due time with relevant parties
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related fieldDemonstrable software sales experience preferably for a board management solutionCommercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SaaSAbility to build rapport easily and strengthen relationshipsGreat people skills in engaging mid-level to C-suite personnelMust have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environmentHiring Condition : Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire.
