Job descriptionCan interpret Floor Plans (AutoCAD or similar) Experience with NatHERS modelling software, specifically HERO software is highly desired. Experience with FirstRate5 software would also suffice for the right candidate. Importing floor plans into a software / program Nice-to-Have : Australian Building Design Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM (Manila Time) Permanent Homebased Candidates are expected to have a personal equipment and a good working environment at home. Candidates are expected to have a stable / reliable internet connection of at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
Job Description
Assess residential developments during the planning and building permit stages
- Producing a range of residential reports upon request, in the office, including but not limited to FR5 assessments in accordance with council, surveyors and client requirements
- Liaising with clients and councils ensuring the cost effective measures are specified
- Educating and improving client’s knowledge of general energy rating measures and ensure they understand what has been included in these reports
- Maintain effective communication between subcontractors, management and clients alike
- Managing the working order of job files and jobs met deadlines of clients
- Establish and refine current internal templates
