Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience as an Admin HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration.
Conduct training and development programs for employees.
