Job descriptionCollect required information and assess eligibility. Provide compassionate, supportive communication to families. Lead Management & Documentation : Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases. Conversion & Follow-Up : Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed. Collaboration & Quality Assurance : Coordinate with intake, clinical, and RCM teams for seamless transitions. Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives. Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service . Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong empathy, professionalism, and phone presence. Detail-oriented, organized, and data-accurate. Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.

The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm, professional, and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings, gathering information, and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.

- Outreach & Screening :
Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.
Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions.
Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines.
