Requirements :
Indian National who can speak, read and write Tamil language
Tamil speakers currently residing in the Philippines and fluent in English
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to medical - Nursing, Medical Transcriptionist, Healthcare, and Engineering etc.
With experience in Customer complaints management that preferably related to Technical issues
With experience working in clinical / medical environment or customer facing role is required
Computer Literate; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities :
Handling Medical related customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
Deliver first level support in providing resolution of customer complaints / inquiries
Manage to keep all the complaints and inquiries documented and information are accurate
Ensure to provide resolution to clients that is within the company’s standard procedures
Participate in sharing new ideas and innovation to develop the areas of expertise of the company
