Job descriptionGraduate of any 4-year course With more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience With a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salespeople upon joining Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market Excellent communication and presentation skills Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Promote and offer all current residential products of FLI
- Recruit and train property specialists
- Manage day-to-day sales activities of the team
- Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy
- Ensures achievement of the team's sales target
- Identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants
- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
- Meet the set sales quota of the company
- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Ensures achievement of the team's sales target
