The role is client-facing and primarily focused on customer service.

  • All you must do is
  • On-board and train new Philippines based staff where required

    Work to encourage & drive your team

    Provide feedback both positive and negative to Philippines based staff

    Provide feedback both positive and negative to clients and management

    Monitor Philippines based staff quality and service efficiency u0026ndash ensuring that all designated roles are covered in the event of a late start or sick day

    Build effective relationships between Global Clients and Philippines staff

    Manage projects assigned to Philippines staff to ensure they get completed on time

    Produce brief weekly or monthly reports about activity within the Philippines team

    Download KPI Report for TGT Awards and submit to TGT Operations Manager

    Ensure that the end-of-shift procedures are completed

    Work with clients to ensure proper coverage is maintained by support teams to during agreed operations hours.

    Provide management reports on operations, escalating on issues as required and proposing process improvements.

    Discuss and manage scope and objectives together with the customer assuring compliance to agreed targets.

    Work with Operations Managers and achieve target service improvement objectives.

  • To be amazing in this role, youu0026'll need
  • At least 3 years managing a team

    Preferably with Bachelorsu0026' / College Degree in IT or any related courses in IT

    Experience working in an IT Service Desk environment as an IT personnel

    Great communications skills

    Organizational and Time Management skills

    Excellent documentation skills

    Can work onsite - BGC or Alabang site
