Using state-of-the-art communication tools and property management systems, you’ll handle guest inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure seamless stays for visitors to some of Hawaii’s most prestigious vacation properties. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, handling inquiries via phone and text with professional courtesyProvide instant, accurate information about property amenities, access details, and local servicesGuide guests through their stay, from pre-arrival instructions to departure proceduresPerform initial assessment of maintenance requests and coordinate with local operations teamHandle owner communications with discretion and professionalismMaintain detailed documentation of all guest interactions and property-related mattersCreate daily activity reports summarizing guest interactions and property status updatesUtilize modern property management software and communication tools to ensure efficient service deliveryCoordinate with on-site teams to resolve complex issues and ensure guest satisfactionSchedule and coordinate property repairs with vendors and guestsMonitor and respond to emails from owners and vendorsRequirements :
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbalMinimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or property managementProfessional demeanor and ability to represent a luxury brand remotelyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailTech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new software systemsReliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setupAbility to maintain consistent schedule within Hawaii Standard Time zoneExperience with vacation rental or hotel operations preferredComfort with multi-tasking and managing multiple communication channelsProfessional and positive attitude, especially in challenging situationsIndependent Contractor Perks
