The company is one of the biggest Manufacturing Companies. The company's products are circuit protection, batteries, power distribution devices, fuses, switches, panels, and electronic switches.

Position: Mandarin Customer Order Fulfilment
Type of job: Email and Calls Job
Location: Batangas City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off (Weekends Off)
Industry: Electronics Company
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
Performs order handling process including receipt of orders, adjustments, and cancelations.
Builds strong customer relationships, through proactively informing customers on order status.
Point person for internal inquiries - order management and Business Application activities.
Conducts on-board training and assessment, refresher course on standard order management procedures.

Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language
Bachelor's Degree graduate
Relevant experience in a Customer Service related environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred
Basic/advanced knowledge of MS Office
SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is preferred
Willing to work in Batangas
