Customer Service Associate Responsibilities : Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through emails, livechat and calls Establish and maintain good relationships with customers Quick to identify solutions in the best interest of both; the customer and the company Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs Ensure feedback flows to various teams in ZALORA to improve our services Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a definite plus (Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese) Proven working experience in the related field  Previous working experience in e-commerce related environment Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Must be able to work on alternate weekends   The ZALORA Story ZALORA Group is Asia Pacific’s leading group of online fashion destinations.
