Customer Support Associate / Customer Service Representative

Location : MOA, Pasay, Metro Manila

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in customer service and a passion for providing excellent support to clients.

Qualifications :

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO or non-BPO industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules (if applicable).
