The role
As Love, Bonito further strengthens its leading position in our growing market and establishes its online presence globally, we are looking for a creative retail Visual Merchandiser to drive branding across all Love, Bonito retail stores, increase sales, and to provide an excellent in-store experience. The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive sales objectives and maximize profitability.

Main responsibilities
VM Fundamentals
Communicate VM directions and guidelines to all PH store teams, ensuring stores can implement VM to meet global standards.Be the main point of contact for all PH store VM teams, ensuring they uphold high VM standards. Provide support for their inquiries and escalate issues or requests to Global HQ VM, Retail / Area Manager, and relevant teams for solutions and improvements. This includes areas such as layout planning, mannequin styling and adjustments, product displays, in-store graphics, and more.Track and follow up on feedback and action points identified during weekly store visits, ensuring timely resolution and executionAssess store conditions and provide VM support to help maximize sales.Coordinate and support VM training sessions in collaboration with the Retail Training team to ensure consistent understanding and alignment of VM guidelines across all stores.Support store opening set up for PH new store opening or by request.Organize regular VM meetings with all store VM teams to align on action plans and key weekly messages.Manage the country’s VM budget and VM equipment by gathering store requests and feedback, then forwarding them to Global HQ VM for further support and action.Commercial Focus
Understand the customer profile of each store in PH and provide recommendations to the team on store layout, mannequin styling, and product displays tailored to their customer base.Stay updated on product focus, including depth, bestsellers, and slow-moving items, and propose appropriate actions or suggestions to stores.Have a clear understanding of the brand’s DNA and effectively adapt it to fit the unique customer profiles of each store.Ensure all stores receive consistent VM support to help drive store performance.Job Scope

Develop, plan, and implement the overall visual merchandising strategy for Love, Bonito Philippines Retail.Identify and train VM teams across stores, and co-manage the appraisal process for all VMs.Identify, track, and produce KPI reportsOversee and manage the visual merchandising budget across all retail stores.Manage all physical and digital in-store collateral. Liaise with HQ stakeholders including Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Commercial and Design team for promotional or ad hoc eventsSource for displays and props to promote new product launches and / or seasonal themesStay up-to-date on competitor visual merchandising strategies and incorporate relevant insights to enhance Love, Bonito’s VM execution.Stores
Oversee all stores’ merchandise zones, floor layouts, displays. Analyze sales and merchandising reports and collaborate with Stores in Charge to optimize visual and merchandising mix.Execute the design from Global HQ Creative team in-market for window mannequin displays to story tell Love, Bonito’s product launchesMonitor and understand customer profiles and build a bottom-up approach for item visual presentation according to each store’s customer demographicInitiate constant improvements and refinements throughout the store by testing different visuals and comparing results to achieve best-in-class practicesConduct regular store visits to ensure that every display touchpoint is well-maintainedAct in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target marketKPIs

Diploma / Degree in related studiesMinimum 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity40 hour work week, based in store, and remote work or hot desk at HQWork Schedule
