Job descriptionPlan, implement, and monitor production schedules based on customer demand and shipment deadlines. Coordinate with production teams to establish priorities and allocate resources efficiently. Analyze demand data to generate accurate production forecasts. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are ready to meet production goals. Communicate production schedules and changes across departments. Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess. Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
Salary : 20,000 - 25,000
Required Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- With experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Familiar with Japanese manufacturing practices (such as Kaizen or 5S).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
