The Project Engineer / Construction Management Associate Renovation is responsible in the overall monitoring of works onsite. He / She is responsible in updating of daily work accomplishments and coordination with contractors and other teams. He / She must be able to handle contractors billings evaluation in relation to the actual site accomplishments.
Job Description :
Overall Renovation Construction Management Process
- Assist the Senior Project Management in the supervision of the assigned projects
- Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Evaluate contractors billing in relation to actual site accomplishments
- Ensures update on Project Monitoring and reports
- Assess possible site concerns and discuss with construction team for possible action
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned provided that training on the task is being assigned has been undergone.
