What You'll Do :

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope.

Configure and customize software solutions based on client specifications.

Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective adoption of the system.

Provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase.

Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.

Continuously evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 4 years of experience in implementation or project management roles.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in relevant software tools and project management methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
