Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and enhance the online presence of our properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Sabee App. This role involves social media marketing, revenue management, customer service, content creation, and platform management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating property listings, responding to inquiries, managing pricing and availability, and ensuring the overall success of our rental operations.

Job Type : Hybrid (Remote)

Location : Philippines

Working Hours : Flexible hours with occasional availability required during peak times or urgent matters.

Compensation : TBC

The Role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Marketing :

o   Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement for our Airbnb and Booking.com listings.

  • Create and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Property Listing Management :
  • o   Update and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other relevant platforms.

    o   Write compelling property descriptions that highlight key features, facilities, and the local area.

    o   Upload high-quality photos and ensure that property details are accurate and up to date.

  • Revenue Management :
  • o   Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue, taking into account seasonality, demand, and market trends.

    o   Manage special promotions, discounts, and rate adjustments across platforms.

    o   Utilize revenue management tools and analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies.

  • Customer Service & Inquiry Response :
  • o   Respond to all incoming inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Sabee in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

    o   Address guest concerns, questions, and special requests to ensure a positive experience.

    o   Provide detailed information on the property, location, and surrounding amenities when required.

  • Booking Management & Calendar Control :
  • o   Block and unblock dates as needed based on availability and booking patterns.

    o   Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant teams to ensure properties are ready for guest arrival.

  • Content Writing & Updates :
  • o   Write engaging and SEO-optimized content for property descriptions, blog posts, and social media.

    o   Regularly update the content on the booking platforms and other marketing channels to keep it fresh and relevant.

    o   Highlight nearby attractions, facilities, and unique features of the property to entice potential guests.

  • Sabee App Enquiries and Management :
  • o   Respond to and manage inquiries through the Sabee app.

    o   Ensure smooth communication and management of guest details, booking confirmations, and requests.

  • Photo Management :
  • o   Regularly update property photos to ensure they reflect the most current and high-quality images of the property.

  • o   Work with photographers or use your own photography skills to create visually appealing content for the listings.
  • Ideal Profile

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and property management on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management strategies and pricing optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with potential guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Sabee app or similar property management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a hybrid remote / in-office environment.
  • Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing strategies.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience from Hospitality industry who has managed Revenue Management of booking
