About the Role :

The Creative Manager will lead the brand’s creative direction and execution, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high-impact visuals across all marketing channels. This role plays a vital part in supporting the overall marketing strategy, shaping brand identity, and delivering creative solutions that drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end creative development process — from concept to execution — for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align creative outputs with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
• Design compelling and innovative visual content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production partners.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints.
• Drive creative innovation and efficiency, maintaining timelines and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with internal teams (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and translate them into creative outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in design, branding, advertising, and consumer behavior, particularly within the consumer electronics industry.
