Your Role :

• Administer and manage the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Manage user setups, roles, access controls, and permissions within the NetSuite platform.
• Oversee data integrity by implementing best practices for data management and conducting regular audits.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other internal and external systems.
• Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and enhancements of NetSuite to leverage new capabilities.
• Engage in ongoing system upgrades and patches to ensure the system is secure and functioning optimally.
