Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and development of applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and create test strategies for new software.
• Lead solution development efforts.
• Serve as the organization's Solution Architect.
• Schedule and manage IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
• Monitor KRAs and KPIs of the IT Planning and Implementation section.
• Manage project budgets within approved parameters.
• Track implementation requests and team progress.
• Report regularly on project status and emerging issues.
