With over 30 years of experience, the company specializes in providing high-quality products at competitive prices, enabling customers to pass savings on to their own clients. Their flagship brand offers a diverse range of products, including cookware, appliances, decorative items, and household gadgets.

As a Logistics Coordinator , you will oversee the entire logistics process for imported goods from overseas procurement to local distribution. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery operations.

What you'll be working on :

• Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders for sea, air, or land shipments.
• Prepare and review import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage any delays or discrepancies.
• Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance of goods.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to warehouses and customers, ensuring accuracy in stock intake and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize distribution routes.
• Ensure compliance with import / export regulations and maintain complete customs documentation.
• Track logistics KPIs such as lead times, freight costs, and delivery performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale industries
