As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the primary brand advocate of the account you will be assigned to. You will deliver outstanding support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries / requests
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

  • Senior / High school Graduate / Completed 2 years in college level (without any back subject / s).
  • More than 1 yr BPO experience handling international accounts.
  • Background with financial / sales international programs / accounts is preferred.
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (at least neutral accent).
  • Has exceptional customer service skills.
  • Computer literate specifically in MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
