Requirements :

Japanese level 3 and 4

At least College level in Hospitality / HRM / Culinary or any related course

Kitchen or culinary experience.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for preparing menu items

Assisting the Japanese Chef de Cuisine in terms of translation or communication.

Responsible for hygiene & cleanliness, quality, standards
