Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's overall marketing operations, focusing on strengthening brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves strategy development, campaign execution, and coordination with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. The position also supervises one marketing staff member.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Manage advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities, including social media and online advertising.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the hardware and construction retail industry.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and events to enhance brand presence and sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and media partners for co-marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor one marketing staff member in daily tasks and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, hardware, or construction materials .Strong background in campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Creative, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
