We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and paid media efforts across multiple brands. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead multi-channel paid media strategies (Search, Social, Programmatic).
- Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools.
- Manage day-to-day operations of performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, E-commerce, Analytics) to align goals and execute cohesive campaigns.
- Mentor and manage junior team members to deliver high-quality campaign execution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to test new channels, creatives, and strategies for better results.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, planning or growth marketing.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads.Familiar with programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk (a plus).Data-driven mindset; highly analytical with strong Excel or dashboarding skills.Deep understanding of paid media KPIs, budget pacing, and attribution modeling.Experience in fast-moving industries like e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech is preferred.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with CPAS campaigns or collaborative commerce advertising solutions.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Lazada / Shopee seller tools.Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and results.
