Warehouse Dispatcher

1. Dispatcher ensures that goods are loaded on the delivery vehicles based on DR, Itinerary, and Gate Pass after the approval of the DPD Supervisor.

2. Dispatcher verifies the quantity and quality of goods and before dispatch at the warehouse.

3. Dispatcher is responsible for the final checking of item based on the DR before loading to dispatch.

4. Count each item to ensure number compliance with work orders and raise concerns about additional or lesser item received.

5. Create and maintain counter checking report and inform supervisor of any outstanding issues regarding missing items or defective items.

6. Ascertain that all counted items are in good condition and transported to storage areas.

7. Responsible for checking of all incoming and outgoing stocks.

8. Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse.

9. Relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery.

10. Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing materials.

11. To conduct regular building inspections and report for possible repairs.

Performs additional assigned task.
