About the Client

- Serve as the data subject matter expert and collaborator, working directly with the organization’s President and CEO.
- Exceptionally capability to use Excel and Google Sheets to conceptualize, build, consolidate, analyze, and report critical data about Practice’s successes, weaknesses, and growth potential in the context of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope, and especially in relation to quantitative indicators of customer satisfaction, client outcome scores, and data-driven decisions.
- Exceptionally talented, experienced, and creative when it comes to developing efficient financial and data tracking and forecasting models using Google Sheets, Monday.com, and / or other approved platforms.
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts; make recommendations to reduce costs, improve financial performance, and minimize risks
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
- Assist in the organization, completion, and submission of data-driven forms, policies, registrations.
- Successfully collaborate with bookkeeper and CPA and serve as an additional reviewer of records, as needed.
- Other data driven projects, as needed.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English proficiencies.Proven working experience as a data analyst and / or finance expertProficient in spreadsheets, databases, Google Workspace, MS Office, and financial software applicationsHands-on experience with statistical analysisProven knowledge of quantitative forecasting and information analysisBS degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or related fieldAdditional / specifics :
Serve as primary assistant to President with all matters related to money.Track, evaluate, make recommendations regarding routine spendingReview and audit receivablesCreate, input, run financial reports and create mechanisms for requested projectionsKnowledge of QBs online; able to prepare financials for bookkeeper to reconcileLabel, store, Audit receipts to credit card spendingRegister for states and reconcile taxes due based on received noticesRun quarterly state tax due reports & collaborate with accountant and bookkeeperVerify quarterly taxes have been appropriately paidAssist in preparing payroll and relevant reportingIdentify ROI for proposed products, services, programsEHR, Payroll, etc.Lunch and Learn events - create a mechanisms to track and evaluate ROIBenefits
Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payment : All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.Salary : $900 - $1200
