Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate for Unsecured Lending Verification team – Customer Care!
Responsibilities

Process verification for customer requests for credit cards and Personal Loan applications originated through Online, Retail and Direct channel. The Services shall be performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which will be made available. The Services to be provided are as below:

process Unsecured Lending credit verification requests to unconditional approval
-
make outbound and inbound calls required to process application · actively manage work in progress (WIP) requests
-
resolve any banker or customer escalations in timely manner · provide performance reporting
-
alert Unsecured Lending team of any challenges or escalations requiring further review
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School / Senior High School graduates are accepted, College graduates are preferred
-
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume service center with prior experience in banking industry
-
Ability to read income, liability and expense statements
-
Ability to drive great customer experience with solution-oriented mindset while complying to rules and policies set up by the bank
-
Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process
-
Shall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedules

Detail oriented
