Education, Licenses and Certificates :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Licensed Electrical EngineerRelevant Experience :
• At least five (5) years’ work experience in the same fieldKnowledge, Skills, Abilities :
• Proven experience in managing operations in a technical or service-oriented environment,with a focus on meter testing, repair, or maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of meter testing standards, calibration procedures, and safetyregulations.
• Knowledgeable in different meter shop operation permits process & procedures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and dependable.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• With basic knowledge in AutoCAD.
• This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of the metershop, contributing to the organization's overall success.
