Job Description :
The successful candidate will play a central role in business development and technical proposal activities related to RO and advanced water treatment systems. This position involves bridging client requirements and internal engineering solutions, while supporting the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical discussions with clients and identify their needs
Develop proposals and cost estimates in collaboration with internal design teams
Provide technical input and process flow suggestions during the pre-sales stage
Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction departments
Participate in tender submissions and presentations
Support contract negotiations with technical documentation and clarifications
Follow market trends and technical innovations in the water treatment industry

The Philippine Branch is actively engaged in addressing social challenges within the Philippines. Key initiatives include water infrastructure development, such as wastewater treatment and water recycling, energy solutions like smart grids and energy efficiency support, digital financial services including ATMs and e-wallet platforms, smart mobility, and railway infrastructure development.
We are currently seeking new team members to strengthen our operations in the water infrastructure sector, contributing to the advancement of sustainable solutions in the region.
Mandatory :
Minimum 8–10 years’ proven sales / business development experience in water, utilities, industrial, environment, and / or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of the design process for seawater or brackish water RO plants
Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into client-facing proposals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred :
Experience in designing water reuse systems using treated wastewater as RO feed
Background in EPC or engineering consulting companies
Experience working on international projects
Business-level English communication skills (verbal and written)
