Job description / Responsibilities : Product Management and sales driving : Develop sales and marketing strategies for Chemistry products in the Philippines. Drive the Chemistry sales in the Philippines by team / channel empowering, marketing, as well as guiding the channels on team building, customer approach, sample volume management, etc. 3. Collect the market intelligence and support the product development or improvement. 4. Collect and analyze marketing information (customer requirements, competition environment, etc), sales data (including installation base) to help design better competitive strategy and give advice to sales; 5. Give relevant support on the Philippine registration of Mindray Chemistry products. Team and channel empowerment : 1. Delivery sales and product training to sales and distributors 2. Improve the capability of sales team and distributor through providing continuous training and consultancy. 3. Supports Pre-sales Activity on-site with distributors that includes Product Presentation, Demo / Training and Evaluation of chemistry product line to identified Key accounts in the Philippines. Marketing : 1. Coordinate local seminars, workshops, CME and other activities related to Chemistry product line; 2. Develop KOLs in Chemistry field in the region, and support local sales / marketing to maintain long term cooperation with KOLs
