Position : Business Development Representative
Working Schedule : 8AM - 5PM
Salary Range : $1200-$1400 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

We are a cutting-edge influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers for impactful marketing campaigns. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and qualification efforts, using tools such as Lusha, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to identify and engage potential clients.
Position Overview :
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and setting appointments for the Account Executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and experience with CRM tools to track and manage leads. The BDR will work closely with the Director of Business Development and Prospecting teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting :
- Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough research, proactive outreach, and networking activities.
- Initial Contact :
- Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce the company’s offerings.
- Lead Qualification :
- Assess lead needs and potential, qualifying them as opportunities for further engagement by the Account Executive.
- Appointment Setting :
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between qualified leads and the Account Executive.
- Lead Nurturing :
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged and moving through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management :
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce , ensuring data integrity.
- Target Achievement :
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development and MRA to ensure alignment and a steady flow of qualified leads.

Daily Outreach :Emails : 150-250 / dayCalls : 50-60 / dayWeekly Outreach :Emails : 750-1,250Calls : 125-190Monthly Outreach :Emails : 3,000-5,000Calls : 500-7503 SQL’s (Booked Demos) per week
15 SQL’s (Booked Demos) per month

Requirements :
Experience :3+ years in a similar role, ideally in tech or SaaS. Having a background in Influencer Marketing platforms is a huge plus.Skills :Proficiency in Lusha, Salesforce, and SalesLoft .Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
