The Telemarketing Officer is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, presenting company products / services, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling, follow-ups, and client engagement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients
- Promote company products / services and explain value proposition
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and sales targets
- Provide feedback to improve call scripts and telemarketing strategies
- Perform follow-through and after-sales coordination when needed
