Are you a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and turning cold calls into warm opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated B2B   Appointment Setter to help expand our restaurant partner network across London. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for restaurant decision-makers — introducing our platform, sparking interest, and scheduling key appointments for our onboarding team.

You’ll thrive here if you have a strong phone presence, love the challenge of outreach, and can quickly build rapport with restaurant owners and managers. This is a perfect fit for someone with B2B sales or appointment setting experience , especially those who understand the rhythm of the hospitality industry and can work smartly within restaurant operating hours.

Job Highlights :

• Contract type : Independent Contractor
• Schedule : 20hrs per week; Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm UK

Independent Contractor Perks :

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements At least 1 to 3 years of recent B2B appointment setting or sales experience Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone presence and ability to establish credibility within first 20 seconds Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling preferred Ability to quickly identify and connect with decision makers through strategic questioning Strong organizational skills for tracking calls and managing lead pipeline through Excel systems Persistence and ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining call volume goals Understanding of restaurant operating hours and optimal calling times (avoiding morning hours when most restaurants are closed) Comfortable working with publicly available restaurant databases and Google-sourced contact information
