Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Part-Time Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts in the recruitment industry. This role requires 15-20 hours per week and focuses on content creation, digital marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to support our client acquisition and brand positioning goals.

- Working knowledge of the recruitment industry, hiring processes, and talent acquisition trends
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns with measurable ROI
