Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2–3 remote support to customers and Field Services teams through calls, tickets, and internal communication platforms.
Troubleshoot fixed wireless PTP / PTMP equipment and link issues.
Support routing and switching environments using Cisco and MikroTik equipment.
Perform proactive and reactive network monitoring and maintenance.
Execute configuration-level changes while following established approval processes.
Utilize ticketing systems, hardware configuration interfaces, and controller software to manage customer and network needs.
Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, engineering updates, and network designs clearly and accurately.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, high-quality resolution of customer issues.
Participate in an on-call rotation for escalations and after-hours emergencies.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on networking or fixed wireless support experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (non-negotiable).
Strong troubleshooting abilities across Layer 2 / 3 networks.
2+ years of experience with routing protocols.
Experience with Tarana, Ubiquiti, or similar fixed wireless platforms (PTP / PTMP).
Proficiency with Cisco IOS and / or MikroTik RouterOS.
Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours (PST).
Preferred Certifications (any of the following) :
CCNA / CCNP / CCIE
MTCNA / MTCRE / MTCINE
JNCIS-SP / JNCIE
