We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage our AR inbox and support customer account requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and proactive, with experience in AR, finance, or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the AR inbox and respond to customer requests promptly
Set up and maintain customer accounts
Send invoices, statements, and W-9 forms
Upload invoices to customer portals (e.g., Coupa, Tesla)
Email Proof of Delivery (POD) to customers
Distribute weekly invoices (e.g., Sunrun)
Complete and submit customer ACH forms
Qualifications :
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Administrative support preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite and Versapay is a plus (training provided)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Gmail and productivity tools
