RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve profitable Orders and revenue growth for Country Sales Territory consistent with the business plans of the company.
  • Direct the sales organization, ensure effective implementation of sales processes, and oversee the planning and execution of the sales budgets.
  • Build up an engaged and high-performance sales organization. Ensure the enablement and motivation of the sales team.
  • Foster team collaboration, customer focus and a results-driven culture.
  • Continuously assess the industry-specific trends and map opportunities at early-stage. Guide and support the sales team on opportunity pursuit strategies and appropriate go to market arrangements to win more business.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers, consultants and key partners. Work with all stakeholders to enhance the customer experience of Vertiv brand.
  • Effectively communicate Vertiv value propositions and thought leadership through various platforms of communication like events and private meetings.
  • Build and sustain significant internal relationships by engaging closely with leadership and teams across various functions in Country Sales Territory and the Asia region
  • Work closely with marketing, product and bid teams to devise and implement programs specific to Country Sales Territory

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 15 years’ experience in industries related to data centers, enterprise IT or engineering.
  • Credible experience in managing and developing high-performance sales team
  • Ability to grasp and articulate various aspects of solutions and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding expectations on profitable sales growth
  • Sharp business acumen and understanding of profit and loss enablers.
  • Ability to drive and improvise on the entire sales process from quote to cash
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Time Travel Required : 50%
