This role will monitors, analyze, and report product inventory movements in the assigned depot / terminal. What will YOU do? 1. Collate, record, and review daily sounding, product receiving, and product transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components. 2. Reconcile daily product movements and report the variances and reasons for variances. 3. Update daily product stock reports and submit to relevant parties. 4. Handle the updating and submission of all inventory reports. 5. Generate, update, and submit all regular (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and special inventory reports. 6. Analyze product movements and maintain the integrity of the inventory data. 7. Report intolerable or excessive variances to all concerned parties. 8. Log all terminal requests and forms and office-related requisitions, as necessary. 9. Organize regular operations meeting, as necessary. 10. Serve as a member of the Fire Brigade and Oil Spill Contingency Team. 11. Handle other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications for the Role :

  • OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business or other related courses
  • Willing to work on shifting and extended schedules
  • Has good mathematical ability
