Operations Management : Oversees scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership : Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Patient Experience : Ensures quality service and handles patient concerns.

Business Development : Supports marketing efforts and monitors clinic performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related fields

1–2 years of clinic management experience (preferably in dermatology)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in clinic systems and MS Office

Background in customer service, budgeting, and sales is a plus
