Requirements :
Experience as a Chat Agent / Moderator is a plus
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating creativity and adaptability when handling sensitive or challenging discussions.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.
Emotionally understanding of the subscribers’ needs and perspectives.
Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Respond to diverse subscribers' messages and engage effectively in conversations in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize creative communication skills.
Adept in soft skills, particularly in emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication.
Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.
Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
