Underwriter Support

Responsibilities : - Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.- Ensure all customers / clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.- Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers / clients concerning a policy status or billing error.- Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.- Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.Job Qualifications : - Bachelor’s or College degree on IT or any related computer courses.- Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.- Excellent communication skills both written and oral- Strong research and organizational skills- Critical decision-making Skills- Ability to complete redundant tasks- Attention to detail- Excellent Computer Skills- Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial insurance (preferred)- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
