About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Account - Blended Voice / Non-Voice to join our team in Davao City Davao del Sur.

This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing :

Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product / service information

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle a diverse range of customer queries and concerns

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Provide recommendations and feedback to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators

What we're looking for :

Atleast HS / SHS Graduate + 6mos Customer Facing Experience in a customer service or call centre environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries

Proficiency in both voice and non-voice communication channels

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
