Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Report directly to the Accounting Manager or Chairman & CEO, providing regular financial updates and weekly cash flow reports.
• Review and verify vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and disbursement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle BIR filings, tax compliance, and coordination with banks and financial institutions for loans and other requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Accounts Receivable (AR) summaries, and internal management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, short-term loans, and cash flow, ensuring timely recording and settlement.
• Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and auditors to maintain accurate records and support efficient financial operations.
• Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
