Job descriptionOversees the implementation and compliance of established procedures in the lab. Ensures that all reports or any written communication issued to customers are accurate. Ensures the resources needed in the laboratory service are communicated to the management and to necessary people. Leads and direct in ISO matters (improvement of ISO manual, lab practices, etc). Assists the sales with promotional activities, inquiries, etc.
