The job will provide leadership in the three towers of the Agency function which are : Agency Transformation, Agency Administration and Agency Recruitment. It is expected for this role to lead the achievement of the department’s strategic initiatives / goals through :

a. Assessing areas for improvement in execution and design interventions to effectively recruitment and scalability goals.

b. Strengthening governance arrangements across agency operations and transformation programs that support the delivery of key strategic priorities.

c. Championing agency policies and activities for a smooth delivery of the functions services and core processes

Key Responsibilities :

Agency Strategy

  • Oversee and approve policies and agency services needed to find solutions to delivery pain points and drive positive changes for continuous service quality improvement.
  • Lead innovative initiatives that would result to a world class Agency Administration team that helps achieve FWD’s vision.
  • Collaborate with Agency Senior Leadership Team to deliver more efficient approach of routine agency processes.
  • Drive the adoption of positive and disciplined control culture within the agency team.

Agency Recruitment

  • Achieve strategic and cultural change initiatives to gear towards agency growth and scalability.
  • Design innovative recruitment processes and systems and introduce enhancements where applicable.
  • Work with the agency sales management team to align key performance metrics to support recruitment goals.
  • Agency Administration

  • Oversee that effective management of the Agency Administration function through relevant and improved processes.
  • Achieve stronger relationships among members of the department’s leaders, team members and stakeholders.
  • Influence and sustain a high-performance culture and organizational mindset to effectively embed and communicate agency policies and procedures.
  • Manage with Agency Strategy and Transformation Manager to coordinate agency KPIs and service levels.
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • University Graduate from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of people management and leadership experience in
