Chief Operating Officer (Fractional)

Overview

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a Logistics & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of logistics and fulfillment operations. In this role, you’ll ensure stock, suppliers, and 3PL partners run smoothly as the business scales from $1M / month to $10M+ / month in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management : Forecast stock needs, manage purchase orders, and maintain optimal inventory levels as the company scales.
• Supply Chain Coordination : Oversee manufacturing, freight, and customs processes to prevent delays or stockouts.
• Fulfillment & 3PL Oversight : Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Data & Reporting : Build and monitor inventory dashboards to track stock movement and performance metrics.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve bottlenecks across production, shipping, or delivery.
