Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have completed at least 2nd year in College, SHS or a 2-year associate degree with or without BPO experienceHS Graduates (old curriculum) are welcome provided you have at least 6 months of international BPO experience or 1 year of local BPO experienceMust be conversant in both spoken and written EnglishAmenable to work fully on-site in Tagbilaran City, BoholAmenable to work on shifting scheduleCan start ASAPMust be resourceful and able to solve problems while ensuring compliance to processes and policiesAble to collaborate with other team members and is receptive to feedback
