The position is responsible for soliciting credit card applications through consultative selling via different acquisition models (e.g. corporate selling and partnerships, booth selling activities in officer and in strategic locations), along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the achievement of card acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing all available resources to maximize sales opportunities and drive program execution.
- Promote the adoption of digital application fulfillment.
- Pro-actively participates in the identification of acquisition opportunities in alternative channels such as Corporate engagement programs, partnerships, collaborations to differentiate Metrobank vs competition.
- Generate quality turn-ins, approval and CPA, based on the agreed metrics
- Manage the ratio of Premium to Non-Premium card acquisition
- Periodic competitive reports and trends to be provided to head office based on insights, feedback and observations on ground
- Escalate issues to his Immediate Supervisor / Unit Head that may result to
